Celebratix MCP: your ticketing data, straight inside your LLM

Summarize this article with:

Connecting Claude to Celebratix

Setting it up takes about a minute. We walk through the Claude desktop app below, but the connector is plain MCP, so ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor or whatever client you work in connects the exact same way.

Step 1: Copy the connector URL

The whole connector is one address: https://mcp.celebratix.io/

Copying the Celebratix MCP URL

Step 2: Add it as a custom connector

Open Settings, go to Connectors and choose "Add custom connector". Paste the URL there.

Step 3: Log in with your Celebratix dashboard

Claude sends you to Celebratix to authorize. Log in with the account you already use and approve the connection. Your own permissions carry over, so nobody sees data they could not see in the dashboard.

Step 4: Claude is connected to Celebratix

That is it. Ask your first question and the answer comes straight from your live ticket sales.

Step 5: Ask your first question

Ask the way you would ask a colleague. Claude picks the data it needs out of Celebratix itself and answers in plain language, with the numbers behind it.

Introduction: Celebratix MCP

A Song of Ice and Fire opens with a warning from House Stark: Winter is coming. Five books and 4,000-plus pages later, dragons hatch, the dead march on the Wall, and kingdoms fall.

Today, we’ve got a warning of our own, from House Celebratix: AI is coming. We won’t pretend our news is on George R.R. Martin’s scale, but something real is changing in how event organizers work with their data.

That’s why we’ve put together our Celebratix MCP connector.

Through it, organizers working with Celebratix can ask questions about their ticketing and marketing data directly in Claude, ChatGPT or whatever LLM you’re currently using.

No dashboard to open (rip the >€100k we’ve spent optimizing that dashboard the past couple of years), no exports to run. You ask a question, you get an answer, straight from your live sales data.

Some of the advantages we’ve seen from testing this:

1. Analyzing ticket sales

Event comparison from Celebratix, now enriched with AI. Instead of just placing events side by side, you immediately see where you’re ahead or behind, and what’s driving the difference.

For teams used to piecing together numbers from five different platforms every morning, that’s the real shift. Ask something like “How is the sales of my next three events tracking compared to event X from last year?” and you get the numbers plus the interpretation in one go, no manual digging required.

That’s exactly the problem the team behind the Frank Borrel in Rotterdam set out to solve. Their events draw in tens of thousands of visitors every year, and rather than assembling a picture from spreadsheets and separate dashboards each morning, the team now gets a daily internal report, automatically pulled together from Celebratix data.

They’ve called their setup the “Frank Operating System,” and it means they no longer have to go looking for which event needs attention and why, the report tells them, along with what to do about it. Manual work? So 2025.

2. Campaigns, adjusted while it still matters

Every event organizer knows that feeling of having a slight dip in ticket sales. And the question always is: how is that possible? And more importantly, could it have been prevented?

That’s what Celebratix Claude MCP does. You do not just see that sales dropped this week, but also get extensive insights into which channels exactly dropped. What tracking links are underperforming.

Based on historic data, we can help make assumptions about where to tweak and optimize. That turns insight into action: more budget to the campaign that is converting, an intervention on the channel that is sinking. You steer on what is happening now, not on a post mortem after the fact.

3. The weekly update that finds you

No need to dig into the data or click open a dashboard, however good looking it is ;))). Set up an automated email for every morning with Claude, and you get an instant read on how your events are doing. Perfect as a morning ritual, or a briefing for your team. Especially if you’re running a lot of events, this one is an absolute gamechanger.

4. Built to scale

The more serious you are about the events you organize, the more time you’ll want to save managing them.

Keeping tabs on one event to click through and analyse manually? Sure. But 5x events live and all need to be analyzed manually? Good luck. Let alone if you do more shows a year. Not a chance (without an FTE on marketing anyway; which costs you how much €€€ a month exactly?).

The MCP scales with you. One question, drawing straight from Celebratix dashboard info, will get you something like:

Event C is sold out, resale is up 20%. Event D has 55% left, and Meta performance is down 7% from last week, especially in creative campaign X, so suggest to change the creative today latest. Event F is up 5%, but could use a boost as it’s final week pre-show. Last time a carrousel-post worked well, which realised a 19% uptick in conversion at the time, so suggesting a similar action on X Y Z social media account.

One overview tells you where to look. The outliers, the front runners, the laggards, all visible, with none of the digging.

For agencies and organizers with a packed schedule, that means less time spent gathering numbers, more time to steer.

In closing

We’re still early in figuring out what’s genuinely useful here versus what just sounds impressive on paper. This is one small step, built on a lot of trial and error, and we don’t expect to get it all right the first time.
